In 2023 I deployed an application focused on monitoring the multi-trillion dollar United States repo market. Through discovery and analytics, we identified the old model as one that was ripe for automation. Via implementation of a modern tech stack, we delivered a significantly simplified user experience, eliminating manual processes to save the risk team 70 hours per week and $500,000+ annually.

In anticipation of new SEC requirements for my company's member banks, I led my team to develop a public-facing capital requirement calculator. I worked with engineering, UX design, legal, and marketing to bring this to market. To date the calculator has been used by over 250 companies to understand the new financial obligations the 'Treasury Clearing' mandate would require of them!
